Breakfast: //

Lunch: two bowls of vegetable soup

Snack: pot of black tea, an apple and a peach

Dinner: omelette with a bit of red pepper and a bit of feta cheese, half a cup of red peppers, salad made of lettuce and a bit of feta cheese

Snack: pot of fat-free greek yogurt with blueberries and blackberries

Lunch: Banana ice cream made with 3 bananas and a tbsp of peanut butter

Snack: glass of apricot juice

Dinner: a yellow pepper, a pot of jocca cottage cheese and two eggs

Snack: an apple and a tbsp of peanut butter

i couldn’t help but logging all the calories from today… i had about 900 calories and burned about 100… i think i’m gonna have a snack now, although its pretty late (00:15)… I don’t know, i never seem to eat properly. I either eat too much or too little. I either get obsessed with calories or don’t count at all. I’m so unmotivated..
